| Details: | I have attempted to reach the operator of Texas ARS 516 by phone a couple of times and sent an email reminding the system that their 4th quarter 2020 routine sample results had not been submitted and notifying them that their 1st quarter 2021 routine sample was not reported to DWS. Additionally, they were reminded that their 2020 Nitrate test was not reported. I had previously spoken on the phone with the operator regarding the 4th quarter 2020 routine and the 2020 nitrate tests. I provided links to their violation, coliform schedule and chemical testing schedule webpages. | ||
