| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered Sample Results Negative DETAILS: email address is: dkseibel57@gmail.com The triggered sample was negative. The first TG samples came back positive. ACTION NEEDED: The system operator will clean the water tank (it has not been cleaned since it was commissioned in 1980.) The well house is built over the top of the water reservoir, and will require the removal of the roof to open the water reservoir.The water system will be required to be put on chlorinator if there is one more total coliform alert. They have been given the information to start plan review for a chlorinator. | ||
