Details:	SUMMARY: Progress on Correction Plan DETAILS: On November 17th I received a copy of the technical memorandum from HBH (Circuit Rider) outlining techniques and options for a correction plan to meet 4-log inactivation. After giving the operator some time to review the memo, I called today to determine the course of action that the water system is going to take. I spoke with Steve Albin. He said that they are scheduling a meeting with the water users (near future) to determine if they want to proceed with the option of using a large pipe 24"-30" in diameter as a vessel to hold water for contact time to meet 4-log inactivation of viruses. He will get back with me about the decision after the scheduled meeting. ACTION NEEDED: Receive plan.
