| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to Maintain 4-log DETAILS: There were 408 recorded hours below the chlorine minimum for the month of October for 4-log. I called the system operator to see what happened. There was an issue with the system where it was constantly monitoring. The month of November will also demonstrate failure to report 4-log. The system was repaired this month. The month of December should be back to 0 hours. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with system operator in December to see if system is functioning properly. | ||
