| Details: | Both repeat and triggered source samples positive following 8/1 routine tc+. Spoke with Stacey and they hired Peak Testing to chlorinate, flush and resample well since it was also tc+. She got a level 1 inv form on the website and will complete and submit asap. She identified a cracked well casing and a potential backflow during recent power outage. System drilled a new well in 2013 and the old well recently abandoned. I will review any PR requirements with OHA. 3 temp routines will be needed in September and can be used as "follow up" samples to ensure chlorine and flush removed any bacteria. |
