| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Coliform Sample Positive for Total Coliform, E.Coli Negative DETAILS: Sample taken during closed to public season should have been marked "Special". The result is then only reported to the water system operator.Sample was marked "Routine" - follow-up sampling required. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 samples in distribution (one at same site as the positive, one upstream and one downstream of original routing). Mark each of these samples "REPEAT".In January 2017 take 3 additional samples in distribution and mark them "Temporary Routine".You do not need to take any more samples until just prior to campground re-opening to the public. Seasonal campgrounds are required to complete a "Start-up" checklist and monitor for coliform monthly during the open season.As for "ASSESSMENT" samples taken at the water source - you will only need to take them in May, June and July 2017. This should complete the monthly assessment sampling requirement. | ||
