Operator was e-mailed (danezahner@gmail.com) instructions on taking the repeat samples: (3 total) upstream, downstream and at the same site as well as (1 source assesment) triggered sample. Operator did contact via email stating that he was going to take the repeat samples. *** Operator is hearing impaired so best to contact via email or text. ACTION NEEDED: Await results.12/5/2016 Weds or Thurs this week operator will have Umpqua Research take samples at sources to see if problem is there. | ||
