| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert DETAILS: WS is R&C below MCL for Nitrate and their sample from 12/1 has a detected level consistent with prior tests. I noticed it was labeled as EP-A and contacted Chris. He said both the Nitrate and Arsenic samples collected on 12/1 were taken from EP-B. I asked him to contact the lab and have them send an amended report to OHA DMCE. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on EP change in SDWIS. | ||
