| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Oreskovic and advised her of the requirement to obtain three repeat samples to include one from the site of the original positive sample and obtain a source sample and label it triggered source. I let her know that the samples needed to be collected and submitted within 24 hours of receiving the positive result. System contact Russ Bolton was not there at the time of my call so she will pass along the message to him. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined by the results of the samples listed above. | ||
