| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Spoke with Kyle on the phone. One of three repeat samples was +TC. He said he is unsure what is causing the contamination and will be working with a well company to flush the distribution through hydrants and shock chlorinate the well and reservoir. I scheduled some time on 12/9 to meet with Kyle onsite and conduct an L2 coliform investigation. ACTION NEEDED: L2 coliform investigation, follow up on intervention actions and subsequent monitoring. | ||
