| Details: | SUMMARY: System in non-compliance over holiday weekend DETAILS: Gary called and left a message to note that system had non-potable water this weekend. Water system was flushing and will resample and let us know the results. I called and left Gary a message noting that they needed to refill the potable supply, make sure disinfectant residual is restored and CT met, and take samples. I also noted that I assumed they had issued a do not drink notice to employees. Once good results are received and pressure/disinfection is restored, they can contact phone duty or me to rescind do not drink notice. ACTION NEEDED: Nothing at this time. | ||
