I spoke with Ray: he is hiring a contractor to disinfect the water system. I informed him OHA will be sending a level 1 investigation form and reminded him three temp routines are due in December.12-1-16 --- Teresa Stout called and left a message saying they will have Siskiyou pump disinfect the system on Monday and that they will be filling out the level 1 investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
