| Details: | SUMMARY: Triggered and Three Repeats Collected 11-2-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: Triggered and three repeats collected 11-2-16 tested TC+. These samples followed an E coli routine sample. I sent Del a Tier 1 boil water template. Del is going to distribute the notice today and disinfect the system tomorrow. Hell be out of town for 9 days and will resample when he returns. I am meeting him tomorrow to conduct a level 2 coliform investigation. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
