| Details: | SUMMARY: One Repeat Came Back TC Positive - Source Negative DETAILS: One repeat TC positive. Operator thinks that water spout was not flushed long enough. CG is currently not in use, just the trailhead/parking section. ACTION NEEDED: Discussed sampling 3 Temp Routines in dist next month. Complete Level 1 Coliform investigation. I emailed the form. Return form to me within 30 days. Determine any issues needing correction with system, ok to shock if needed to clean out distribution lines. | ||
