First he will finish taking all 3 repeats in distribution and the source sample for total coliform. Then he will fill out and return the Level 1 Coliform investigation form.I provided him with the calculations and information for well disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Send in the reviewed and completed Level 1 form. | ||
