| Details: | Left a voicemail for Liz about a non-report for Source Sample, I let her know that it would not RTC. *Spoke with Liz, she was unaware of the required triggered source sample to be taken from SRC AA. She submitted her repeat samples from a TC+ triggered sample, they came back negative. She also completed the level 1 investigation. * Update : Spoke with Liz again , she did submit a source sample and will be forwarding the results to compliance. |
