| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Corrective Actions DETAILS: I corresponded with Ms. Sitzer (by telehone and e-mail) who was acting on behalf of the water system contact Greg Hayes because I had not received a response within 30 days to my letter listing deficiencies noted during the survey. I informed her of the deadline to either correct the deficiencies observed or have an approved corrective action plan in place. ACTION NEEDED: Submit written verification that the deficiencies have been corrected or have an approved corrective action in place by April 5, 2017. | ||
