| Details: | SUMMARY: WSS Deficiency Followup - Complete DETAILS: Received notification from system that the following items have been addressed:I have corrected the deficiencies from our system survey this summer. I have created an operators manual, have tested the backflow devices and set up a regular testing program (they will normally be tested in June/July when the pool is brought back on line so the tester just has to make one trip out per year-- we are contracting with Willamette Valley Backflow, LLC). Also, I have fixed the flapper at the North Reservoir drain, and added a flapper to the south reservoir drain. I updated our sampling plan to be in line with the Groundwater rules and located and updated the Emergency response plan. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
