| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform/E.coli DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Hayes and advised him of the requirement to collect 5 additional confirmation source samples from the raw water sample tap and submit them to an approved laboratory for analysis within 24 hours of being notified of the Coliform/E.coli positive source result. He said the samples will be collected and submitted to an approved laboratory today. I also e-mailed him the letter from the Oregon Drinking Water Services dated 12-16-16 regarding the E.coli detection. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 confirmation source samples and submit them to an approved labotatory for analysis. | ||
