| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Sample was Coliform + DETAILS: James with the church called and left a message this morning. I called the Church contact and left a message on the Church phone. I called James back and told him to collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one from the well. I also told James that the RT samples need to be collected from a distribution faucet and not the well head. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 RP samples in the distribution and one from the source. | ||
