Details:	Routine coliform 8/1 tc+. Spoke with lab regarding repeats and triggered samples. System purchases water from Seventh Mtn. Resort 01058 which has two wells. Repeats and triggered samples were taken 8/3 and all distribution samples absent but triggered sample tc+. However, tg sample was from "cistern" and not the well sources. It is possible that the sample tap used was from the reservoir water level tube and not representative of water going to distribution. Spoke with John and Bryan (SMGV) and they should take two triggered source samples (one from each well) as correct triggered samples. Sent level one investigation form to be completed and returned. Discussed updating coliform sampling plan to include repeat/triggered sampling of the seventh mountain resort wells and good communication between the systems.
