| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Sample Came Back Coliform and E.coli+ DETAILS: Susan Nelson with the Vida Café called to talk to me about their water sample coming up postive for coliform and E.coli in the RP. I told her she needs to issue a boil water notice. I went over operating procedures for the café during the boil water notice. Susan said when they reopened the café they did a lot of plumbing work and did not shock chlorinate the water system. The Café was closed for about 6 months after the building suffered major damage from a fire. ACTION NEEDED: Issue Boil Water Notice, level 2 investigation. | ||
