Details: SUMMARY: Revised Due Date for Corrective Action Plan DETAILS: I contacted Don Spriggle on 12/22/2016 asking if the current survey deficiencies were resolved. He stated no. The camp is not operational until June 2017 and I informed him I would reset the date, and these issues were expected to be resolved by the date. ACTION NEEDED: Revise due date.
