The WS operator Russ contacted me on 12/6 and informed me the survey deficiency has been corrected (he filled out and sent in the enabling authority document to OHA DWP). I verified the document is now listed as received in SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Once the survey is entered into SDWIS, please show the deficiency correction completion date as 12/6/16. | ||
