| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 2 Investigation Conducted DETAILS: Visited the hatchery for a level 2 investigation with Meredith Reiley for Alert COLI16337. The tank and storage area was clean and in good condition. There did not appear to be any breaches in the system where contamination could occur. The faucet where the sample tested positive for E.Coli did not have any screens and the operator stated that the person taking the samples was knoweledgeable on proper sampling protocols. Will look at septic records for the office to get an idea of what state the septic system might be in. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for routine samples to be taken. | ||
