Details: SUMMARY: Water System Survey Corrective Action DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Ferguson because I had not received a response within 30 days to my letter listing the significant deficiency noted during the water system survey. I informed her of the deadline to either correct the deficiency observed or have an approved corrective action plan in place. ACTION NEEDED: Submit written verification that the deficiency has been corrected or have an approved corrective action in place by March 21, 2017.
