| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive TC on RT Sample DETAILS: A sample from 12-14-16 was positive for TC. They repeated on 12-19-16 and found more positive samples. Since they had another positive in 2016, they will need to complete a Level 2 investigation. I have scheduled a meeting on 1-4-17 to do the Level 2 investigation. Marc did another test at the wellhead on 1-22-16 and it came back negative. He replaced the spicket and cleaned the entire area. ACTION NEEDED: Level 2 Investigation. | ||
