Details: SUMMARY: Mislabeled Coliform Sample DETAILS: I looked at SDWIS and the system took a sample from the well and it was labeled in distribution. I contacted Brian who is a new operator and explained the coliform monitoring required each quarter and the annual assessment coliform sampling. The sample type has now been changed to AS. I reminded Brian they still needed to take a 4th quarter coliform sample from dist. ACTION NEEDED: None.
