| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Sample is Positive for E.Coli DETAILS: Tried to contact the facility several times but was unsuccessful. Tried to contact the water lab where the water sample was analyzed but was unable to reach anyone so left a message. Received a call back from the Grants Pass Water Lab later in the afternoon. They stated they are contracted by the system to take the samples and they have been unable to reach the operator also. The lab will be able to get out to the facility on Tuesday to take the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeat samples. | ||
