A voicemail was left to inform the operator of the coliform positive test results from his system's last quarterly coliform sample. It was explained that the system is responsible for taking and submitting a sample from the source and 3 repeat samples from the distribution within 24 hours. This information was conveyed in an email to the operator as well. | ||
