Discussed Tier Two Investigations - this was triggered due to previous alert and previous Tier 1 investigation. Facility and Lane County EH will schedule a Tier 2 investigation on Tuesday 1/3/17 once Sara Puls (Lead for Drinking Water Program) is available to discuss Tier 2 investigation. ACTION NEEDED: Facility will schedule Tier 2 investigation with Lane County Environmental Health on 1/3/17.Level 2 investigation has increased sampling to monthly. | ||
