Marquardt on 12/29/16 and he explained they were attempting to get a source sample and had to cut pipes to do so.I explained he needed to gather the 3-Repeat samples ASAP.He called back on 12/30/16 (Voice Message) and stated he did get all the Repeat samples and submitted them. ACTION NEEDED: 3 RP in the distribution and one from the source. | ||
