Details:	SUMMARY: RT Coli+ DETAILS: Called Chris Curry who has taken over the responsibilities at the church and is also considering working with Oregon Water Services in the future.Informed them that because they did not submit the Repeat Samples from 12/15/16 Alert, that they were now required to perform a Level 1 investigation. I sent them an email with the Level 1 form and they will send back when completed. ACTION NEEDED: Level 1 investigation only.
