Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample was TC+, Follow Up Call DETAILS: NP system. The system had temporarily hooked back into the Spring due to over use of the well. System has a UV light but it may not be operating properly or dirty sleeve.Repeats were taken and an AS sample. 3 routines in January. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Change form, is needed.
