| Details: | SUMMARY: Loss of Pressure, Boil Water Notice DETAILS: Lost pump on 12-27-16, was notified by patron of park that no water pressure. Follow up with operator/manager of park. He is distributing bottled drinking water. Repairs are being made but water may not be restored until Friday. Delivered boil water notice and FAQs to manager. Manager failed to inform NCPHD of outage. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water stay on until testing confirms coliform negative testing. Notify State of boil water notice distributed to patrons (operator). | ||
