| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System replaced rusted pressure tank, replaced cartridge filters, and cleaned UV light. System has a UV light for residual maintenance. System shock chlorinated on 11/9/16 and will collect a "Special" water sample in one week to determine effectiveness of corrective actions. A Level 1 investigation form was completed and mailed to ODA sometime between 11/6/16 and 11/9/16. ACTION NEEDED: Provide completed Level 1 investigation. Ensure water is coliform negative. Submit test results of next routine quarterly sample. | ||
