| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 11/22/16 and talked to Rich Hildner regarding the Routine positive total coliform result from sample taken 11/21/16. Mr. Hildner was informed that the water system will need to take one triggered sample at the source and three repeat samples within 24 hours of a total coliform positive routine sample. Also three temporary routine samples are to be taken in the next month, December. ACTION NEEDED: Water system required to take a triggered source water sample and three repeat samples within 24 hours of the positive total coliform routine sample. Three temporary routine samples to be taken in December. | ||
