| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 11/29/16 and talked to Rich Hildner regarding the repeat positive total coliform result from sample taken 11/23/16. Mr. Hildner was informed that the water system will need to start the Plan Review process (required) with Drinking Water Services to install treatment to maintain a disinfectant residual throughout the distribution system no later than 5/30/2017. A Level 2 Coliform Investigation will be done by Steve Wong within 30 days. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 2 Coliform Investigation form by Steve Wong-- start the Plan Review process with Drinking Water Services for the installation of treatment to maintain a disinfectant residual throughout the distribution system no later than 5/30/2017. | ||
