| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Detection DETAILS: Sample collected 11/7/2016 had a detection level of 6.820000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Harry Staten. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2010 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. ACTION NEEDED: Continue the annual testing for Nitrate and provided future sampling does not show increase in Nitrate levels the annual testing shall be sufficient. | ||
