| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample is TC+ DETAILS: I e-mailed Dave Gibbs of M and H Pump Service and Kyle Dunning regarding required follow-up. They were informed to take three repeat distribution samples and a triggered source sample at the well. Dave confirmed that he would get the samples submitted. I also attached a copy of the Level 1 investigation form for their review to help identify the possible root cause. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for the repeat sample results. | ||
