| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3-13-14 DETAILS: After speaking with the operator it was discovered that the coliform positive site was vacant for more than a month. Requested to DMCE that the repeat & routine positive coliform samples be invalidated due to the source sample & all other samples being absent for coliform. I let the system operator know to take a routine sample before the end of the month. This will give them a routine sample for the month of March as all of the previous samples will be invalidated.4-1-14- DMCE responded that the invalidation was approved. System operator indicated that he has sampled on 3/31/16. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
