| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead action level exceedance DETAILS: Portland Water Bureau and its purchasers that participate in the Lead Copper Joint Monitoring Plan exceeded the lead action level of 0.015 mg/L during the last 6-month round of testing conducted October 2016, specifically the 90th percentile results were 0.0174 mg/L. Information sent to the water systems this date regarding their responsibilities to provide public education to their users and others in the community. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete public education requriements by 3/1/17, report to DWS by 3/10/17, and continue them as long as the lead action level is exceeded. 1/23/17 update: I emailed Bill as Valley View has conducted all required public education for the lead action level exceedance. | ||
