| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for failure to collect routine coliform sample DETAILS: John Shine called on 1/18/17 regarding the failure to collect a routine coliform sample. Mr. Shine indicated that they had to close on October 1, 2017 since the manager had to leave the system. System was informed that once the system collects their startup sample and their first qtr sample after opening, the system is eligible to return to compliance if the samples are absent for colifom. ACTION NEEDED: When the system reopens in the spring, they will need to collect their startup and monthly samples. | ||
