| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 2-10-14 DETAILS: The operator called to let me know about the total coliform positive sample. I let her know to take a source sample at each of the wells & 4 repeat samples out in the distribution system. I also let her know to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution system next month. The chlorine residual is very low so she will want to check on the chlorinator to be sure it functions correctly. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
