| Details: | SUMMARY: Request RTC Points Due to Aug. E.coli Detection DETAILS: I am requesting the priority non-compliance points of Hazel Dell Orchard (4105553) be returned to compliance. Since the detection of e.coli in August we have completed a level 2 investigation and nothing evident was observed that would contribute to this event. In addition, they have completed 4 additional coliform tests and nothing has been detected. ACTION NEEDED: Sent e-mail to DMCE with this request. Wanted record of this in file. | ||
