Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency Corrections from 9/9/16 Survey DETAILS: Site visit on October 10, 2016 to facility. The well casing and electical penetration through well AA has been sealed. The well screen has been replaced. New isolation valves have been added to the plumbing in the pump house. The well house and pump house have been cleaned. Operator submitted a Coliform sampling plan for the park. Operator has started an O & M manual. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly water sampling. Maintain pump house in a clean and sanitary manner.
