| Details: | SUMMARY: Technical Consultation DETAILS: This water system is analyzing a plan to expand the size of the adjacent water reservoir (lake). On 1/5/17, Mike Matthews, REHS, communicated via e-mail with Henry. Ian provided additional clarifying information via phone on 1/6/17. As well, Ian sent an e-mail summary to Henry on 1/6/17.Our discussions concerned set-back requirements of wells. Ian provided a link to OAR: 333-061-0050(2)(a)(E) via e-mail to Henry following their phone conversation. ACTION NEEDED: The water system shall contact HRCHD-EH prior to making any changes to the water system. | ||
