| Details: | One repeat sample TC+ following 5/21 routine positive. Spoke with operator Jake and the original location of + was only repeat positive. Up/Down stream and both sources absent. Jake states that the sample location at the store is on it's own dedicated 2" line and is a dead end. They will flush and either take a follow up special or routine from this site after June 1. Sent Jake level one investigation form. Routine samples in early June will ensure flushing was effective. |
