Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Sample TC+ DETAILS: I sent Susan an e-mail because I did not see any repeat samples reported for this alert. She stated they were away and that she probably shouldnt have taken the samples so close to their departure. She was instructed to take three repeat distribution samples and triggered source. She did get them and all returned negative. ACTION NEEDED: I left Susan an e-mail to discuss problem solving the root cause of the positive result. Her address at 6375 Janet Way has tested positive on multiple occasions since 2010.
