Duane Petty, Geraldo and Doug Argo (Holladay Engineering) were present on the call. Items that were noted for correction: short-term: ensure all testable backflow devices are tested annually and protect the overflow on the 3 MG storage tank-- loan condition: contract with or certify a Cross Connection Control Specialist ACTION NEEDED: correct the 3 items noted above | ||
